We are currently seeking a passionate, proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager Communications to join our team client side. This role will oversee and drive all internal communications across the hospital and well as support in CEO and COO internal communications requests. The successful candidate for this role should possess exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to complete tasks while maintaining a supportive, empowering and positive attitude.

This is a secondment role based with our client in Abu Dhabi for an immediate start.


  • Act as the final filter/gate keeper for all internal communications across the hospital
  • Take ownership of all internal announcements for joining employees in Arabic and English - As per internal communications policy 
  • Support the CEO and COO on all internal communications that are addressed to all employees
  • Development of the weekly newsletter by liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Take ownership on the intranet updates relevant to the department
  • Support the Communications Manager when required 
  • Collaborate with other departments, cross functional integration is a key as there are multiple internal stakeholders


  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Arabic
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related studies
  • 8-10 Years experience with the healthcare industry
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to simultaneously deliver on multiple tasks and projects, whilst keeping focus on timelines and deadlines associated with each project or other deliverables
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing tactics, corporate communication and media relations
  • Solid working experience in advertising, copywriting, content creation, press releases and brand marketing experience, proofreading and editing
  • A strong communicator, able to interface with a variety of audiences, both internal and external
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the credibility and poise to present to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of different digital platforms, latest communications trends, and strong affinity with Social Media platforms
