JOB TITLE: Corporate Communications Coordinator


CLIENT BASED: Abu Dhabi based (Secondment role)


REPORTING TO: Corporate Communications and Brand Director


PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • To support the delivery of integrated marketing and communications project plans and programmes.
  • Work collaboratively across all marketing and communication activity, including social media, content, campaign execution, creative production and general marketing administration.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare activity reports and metrics for measuring program directorate's performance.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing collateral and communications assets including press kits, images, brochures, leadership profiles etc.
  • Ensure all resources are current and accurate.
  • Support with planning meetings, events and conferences by identifying and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, coordinating mailing lists etc.
  • Access the directorate's group email and ensure tasks are assigned to the relevant teams.
  • Support the marketing operations manager with budget allocation to deliver marketing activity that meets targeted outcomes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes and action items.
  • Coordinate the approval process, raise purchase orders and process invoices for the corporate communications department.
  • Support ad hoc special projects and/or assignments as directed.



WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE:

  • 3 years experience in marketing, corporate communications or PR.
  • Arabic and English (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in the energy and/or government sector an advantage.
